Like everyone elseI haven't played it, but know a group of people who did. In the marching band when I was in high school. Not to promote a post-90's stereotype or anything. Though I don't think they called it Soggy Bisbuit here in the states. Probably because we don't call them biscuits here. I think they callled it Cream the Cookie or something like that.
