I have a load of gifs that are frames for an animation to torment a friend with (a good cause)
I read the b3ta FAQ and downloaded fireworks and flash but cos i'm a bit 'special needs' I can't get the ferkin things to work
So can anyone recommend a package that I can import 40 consecutivly numbered frames and get a animated gif out of it? That can be operated by a window licker?

Import
tick the 'open as animation' box
ctrl+click each image in the order you want them
click 'open', they should all appear as one animation in fireworks.
then file-export preview
Choose 'animated gif' from the drop down box.
check the anim plays correctly
export.

is exactly what you need. Use the import function to bring them all in at once. Make sure they're consecutively numbered.

It's a small file and easy to use
edit: also free and no banners. The disabled after 30 days thing doesn't work!
