# you can import
.mov and .avi files into Imageready if you have Quicktime installed. You can then optimise and save as a .gif.

I'm fairly sure other .gif animators will let you import movies, but I have only really used Imageready in depth.

i got it, installed it, but when i open any exe (of which there are many) it just gives me a series of messages with command meanings then closes
