Does anyone use the Ulead Photoimpact editor? I would really like to know how to stretch/skew on it, because it is an extremely simple function, and easily found on MSPaint, but I can't find it after hours of searching on photoimpact. Thanks :)

Select the pic, or area of the pic
click the icon marked "1", then the icons marked "2" should appear.
Mess around with them.
