as I'm cleaning out folders and finding old and dusty pictures

Does anyone use the Ulead Photoimpact editor? I would really like to know how to stretch/skew on it, because it is an extremely simple function, and easily found on MSPaint, but I can't find it after hours of searching on photoimpact. Thanks :)
