Here is a hint.
Instead of editing the screen capture of the website, consider editing the text of the website.
I.e save it, edit it and reload it.
It makes things a lot cleaner.

Good idea
Though I did get a good clean screen capture using snagit software .... it only got 'dirty' when I converted to GIF .... maybe I should have left it as JPEG and suffered the abuse?
