I have a friendwho lives in San Francisco who played a terrible trick on a homepless guy once.
Homeless guy: "Hey man, you got an extra cigarette?"
Mike: *fumbles around pockets, pulls out a book of matches. Takes one match out and light it, then lights the entire book. Hands it to homeless guy* "Here, hold this." *walks off*
