I tried shape motion beforebut the random flipping of the shapes drove me insane so I gave up. I like the look of hand-drawn stuff now anyway.

Shape hints allow you to control the way the shape morphsModify... Shape... Add Shape Hint (Ctrl+Shift+H) this puts a hint on the stage on your first frame which you can move into position and it's associate hint will appear on the last frame which you also position and Flash will follow the hints rather than do it's own stuff.
