Have always wanted to try animations, but only just realised that I had the stuff to do it.

Actually the optimisation is fairly goodA tip for future images to keep the size down is to remember the bigger the area of the image that changes between frames (and the poorer that area compressess) the bigger the file. You could make this much smaller by leaving the speech bubble open and just changing the words.
