subscribe to Wordtracker and see what words/phrases people use when they look for a site such as yours and then create a few pages with those words mentioned a few times throughout. (and on the home page).

but rather than splattering keywords in a big list, i was more writing them into sentences so they make sense; which seems to be working

page rank of 4/10 in a month isn't that bad, me thinks

Although any long term work on search engine optimisation will slowly suck your soul through your nostrils and splatter it on your keyboard, as you look in horror at what you have become. Trust me, it is dull work.
