All [Evil] Clowns [and, therefore, all clowns] should be hired as mercenaries to kill other Evil Clowns, and we can have a terrifically large circle of clowns killing one another until every Evil Clown is dead, thus ridding the world of Evil Clowns forever!
And the best part? No more Evil Clowns! (And the second best part? The money spent hiring them as mercanaries can be retrieved from their decaying corpses!)
