I'm sorry, there's no pictures here

But I would like to share my utter frustration at the way Barclay's Bank treat their customers. An hour and a half of hold music (whic included AIM, so it wasn't all bad) resulted in me being told that the relevant department was closed until tomorrow morning. They could have told me that within 30 seonds! Aaargh!

Normal service will now be resumed, except for the kakapos, which are now dead from blood poisoning.

I experienced the same problem with O2 customer support before.... I was on 30 minutes.... and the told me the department I wanted was not operational because the computers were being upgraded.
