Oh and the numbers ontop are &é"'(-è_çà I have to use shift to make those into numbers.

It's in the control panel (for win2K). I think you have to have installed the various keyboard configurations to swap between - but qwerty should be one of the defaults.

And as a bonus it'll confuse the bejiggery out of whoever uses the PC next.
