Hey! That's an adhesive applicator. We have one of those where I work. It can feed kittens too? Who knew.

My dad actually made one of those using a Hoover motor to feed the cat while he was away on holiday. It was suposed to rotate once a day, revealing a fresh bowl of Whiskas. Instead it went crazy and whirled round at top speed, flinging rabbit meat and gravy everywhere.
