I'm glad I'm not the only one
who thought that. I suppose it is all frozen if it is land, and if it's not frozen it is the sea, so by that logic it must be dry all over.
I was reading about Australia at the time. I think it may be the atlas compiler's idea of hi-larious juxtaposition.
