100K is the size to aim for, 400K is toooo big!

I tried to give you some advice in the last thread, but you deleted it!

it's all about smallest dimensions you can use without being too small, fewest colours you can get awat with, turn off dithering and try to remove redundant frames (in yours the first and last frames were identical).

down to 36k using custom palette, 64 colours, 25 lossy and shrinking it by 50%. Turning dither off usually saves a fair whack and all.
