# architectural lighting designer....
...so I spend more time specifying them than actually handling them.

A lot of theatrical lighting people call them 'bubbles' you know... odd.

have a shufty at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai... that's the maddest job we've ever done, I think.

(I'm off to India on Sunday to look at another 5-star resort project with some of the same people... heehee)

did you work on the Jumeirah Beach, i did a conference there (nice bar up near the top as well)

...all the exteriors including the Burj, the Wild Wadi aquapark, the Beach hotel, the restaurants, conference centre, sports centre, marina and all the pools and landscape. We did the interior of the sports centre, conference centre, marina restaurant and the main public areas of the beach hotel (like the palm court and reception, etc...

Worked on that on and off for nearly five years.
