cough. We set up the talk board so people have a place to talk about whatever they like and not worry about intolerant people shouting silly things like, 'THREADWASTE' at them.
This doesn't mean that conversation is banned from the main board, but you might just find that the talk board moves at a slower pace and is a nicer place to chat. cough.
