My serverautomatically sets a session cookie each time someone visits. I use cookies in some places on the site, but even if I didn't, you'd still get that pop-up because of the session cookie. As you can see though, it expires at the end of the session, so I don't think it's really too much of a problem for most people. I am sorry if it put you off though, I want people to enjoy my site :)
