I know its late.. but..

I've been trying to design a logo type thing for my band.. And come up with this ^

I think that a smaller 9 inside the blue hexagon with the words looping around in a spiral starting at the bottom of the hole would be better.

And I'd drop the serif font - good for leading the eye when reading lots of dense text, but sans-serif has more visual impact for short messages.
