if i make it smaller i loose too much quality, cant take another 200 pixels off each side

File - Export - Quality 75% (yours was 89%).
The only artefacting (dodgy pixelling) is where the mountains meet the sky but its not that bad.
If your image is a big one, upload a small version to post here that links to the full one. Then no-one bitches about their dial-up connection dying, and you can post however big an image you want.
