...posting that flash anim the other day has made me exceed my usual host bandwidth so i need somwhere to host this movie i made, its top too. getting frustrated now.

Imageshack.us will host flash, then you rip out the code from the link to point directly to the flash and avoid their banners etc

but it will definitely do the deed.

did you optimize it since your earlier post?
I suspect you need to fix the filesize...
edit: I bet it rocks - but if it's too big, you'll need to spend $$ on storage and bandwidth or set up your own server, also $$.
