That's pretty much the story.BitKeeper's not an appropriate system for the project anyway given GNU's pride in software self-sufficiency. Then again, Linux might be obsolete to the GNU project as early as 2053 when they have a feature complete Hurd :)

Well, there's a Debian/Hurd testing build at the moment.That could be stable as early as 2070 ;)
