# *blush*
Did your meeting include sandwiches that looked better than they tasted? I've noticed that caterers never feel that they've put on a good spread unless there are some sandwiches that have vague white not-quite-cheese stuff in them.

# Also
avoid those little puff pastry square things that look so tempting but are actually filled with what tastes like fag ash and sour milk.

# Oh yes... avoid them
I think my ideal buffet would have cheese and tomato sandwiches, beer and crisps. Nothing else. No solidifed chicken foam shapes, gristle on a stick, funny smelling dips or sausage rolls that coat your mouth with lard.

# Thats why I don't eat
anything made by Ginsters anymore, that foul lardy after taste you get.

# yes
the white "not quite cheese" stuff turned out to be chicken in mayonnaise with roasted peppers, though, so they weren't too bad.

The avocado in the bacon and avocado ones was all mushy though. Bleurgh.
