Biting satire, eh, nearly 13 years after the event. Now we all start counting to 100 and see what number we get to before I get sued by the clams. My bet is on 7.

a friend of mine was a scientologist for ages, they do this mad - stay in a sauna till you sweat out your spine - kind of therapy. My friend was unhinged before he went in and to all effects the experience did not help him become any more stable.

Hubbard was an author of seriously bad Sci-Fi in the 50s, before becoming the founder of the weird cult of Scientology. Since this is B3TA, here's a photo from Operation Clambake. For once, this isn't photoshop enhanced!



Remember "Battlefield Earth", the movie rated "worst" in every eligible category in the Razzie Awards? That was one of his, helped on to the screen by loyal follower John Travolta.
