in illustrator...yes. only because that is tradionally how a vector is done. tracing in illustrator requires much more skill than tracing in photoshop. give me a few more weeks of playing around in illustrator and i should be able to pull off a pic like that from scratch though. i'm still getting the hang of the difference between vector and raster imagery
