nice fadesthey're one of the reasons it's so big though, that and the dimensions, it would probably look about the same if you made it 200 pixels wide...

how do you do that in FlashChange the size of the movie and also reducing the size of the content at the same time? Or do you have to do it separately?

don't use flashuse animation studio (comes with Paint Shop Pro) it has a resize command, which does it nicely

I really don't know, people with more flash knowledge than me were saying the best thing to do is export all the frames, and then use something like imageready or animation shop to put them all back together as a gif. then you can resize and optimise it (but fades are hard to optimise anyway).
