I was talking to a young amaerican who owns lots of red dwarf videos. Maybe he was the exception to the rules, but I was really pleased to hear it! on the subject of sciffy, I seem to be watching T2 yet again!

they tried to release an american version of it, but it was absolutely fucking dire.....

British humour doesnt translate well onto American screens. The original is liked by quite a lot of yanks though, probably the same people that like python....
