yeh when you save click save to web colours, this is because there are only 256 colours on the web, i think

Whenever I saved for web, the colour scheme was completely different. Until I reinstalled photoshop, and DIDN'T reinstall my tft monitor drivers, and just left the windows driver/graphics card driver. Worked fine then.
Plus, the photoshop workspace was far more exposed and lighter. I had to reformat anyway, and it did the trick...
