
I just finished fitting my new chinup bar, and along with my weights and daily exercise routine, it shouldnt be long before I know.

As muscle is heavier. Try some aerobic exercise like running, or step
And eat right, obviously. Get some support from friends. Female friends are especially useful at this as we've all tried weight loss at some point.

Ive have anxiety disorder from the age of about 15, so I didnt have any friends, and now I dont have the 'skills' of meeting people that others take for granted.
Which is also why im fat - I dont go out to do anything, so its lack of exercise.
And I dont mind weighing the same, as long as most of its muscle ;)

you can meet people and lose weight

It's already working over time. Cycling places (like to work)works for me.
If you join a fitness class or weightwatchers group, you'll lose weight, meet people, and lots of them will be female. Triple bonus!
