Scientific bit, as far as Im aware;

Testosterone and estrogen are pressent in both men and women
When you drink it increases levels of testosterone. This makes people aggressive and horny
The body tries to keep the levels of testosterone and estrogen at the same proportion so produces more estrogen. This gives you moobs.

...that's what we scientists technically call bollocks. Alcohol gives you moobs because it's calorific. You become aggressive because it makes you uninhibited (you'll notice that naturally sanguine people do not become more aggressive).
