but I got my girlfriend an iRiver 1gig on Saturday, and she says that iPods are pooh. I have trained her well.

I have a CD player that can play MP3s, and I like it, despite the fact that it hasn't got/doesn't do this that and the other. I will get a media player eventually when I can get a good one for under £200.
