The pic's pretty large (not good).
Not obvious what you've done to start with (good).
Seems shopped a little badly on to the scene (not good).

You should try to match the blurryness of its surroundings, so that domokun looks as blurred as the signs round him.

Also, the background is very bright, whereas everything else is a little washed out.

Also.. it's an in-joke which can be good or bad... some people may say "So what?" others will say "Domokun! Yay! Woo! Houpla! Panowie! Awww yeah!"
