Yeah - Redex !The reason why you see the picture but we don't is because the image exists in your cache.
What you might like to do is go through the FAQ and copy and paste all the little html codes into notepad and save it as something useful "Uplaod codez" perhaps ?
That way next time you'll know what to do.
