Me and my mate have said to each other virtually every day since new year that we should go to the gym, but we seem to be much too concerned with the fact we'd have to wear gym-style clothes. I fear excuses are being made...

I find it easier to stop smoking when I can go to the gym to take my mind off things. Plus I can run for more than a minute without collapsing if i haven't smoked. But yeah, doing them all at the same time was perhaps a bit much - probably why so far I have failed at all of them....
