Well...About ten minutes ago I was trying to explain the staple diet thing further down the board to someone German living in Australia, and I thought if I post it here it'll ruin it for everyone. What I wanted to do was put a link to a message, like this:

having first created a message that said 'Look, staples are also things like rice or potatoes or whatever, as well as the little metal things that hold things together' and then he'd be able to go 'Oh, that's why it was funny' and everything would be right with the world. Only I didn't know how to make a message that wasn't on the main board where everyone could see it. I still don't but the moment has passed.

Go back to 'older messages'reply to an old thread off the board and get the link from the little bit of paper up to the top left,
