No it's not.It's horrible for 8 year olds. My little brother used to watch that crap. Kids who could end up being good artists end up being anti-social awkward anime 'artists' who let themselves get fat, draw shitty anime pictures of girls in class, and collect anime videos. They try to learn as much as possible about Japan, and end up leading non productive lives being fucking shitheads who don't know cartooning from a hole in the ground.
