Zelda was an amazing game and it only took up like 6 months of my life trying to complete it 100%. It was soooo worth it.

That was somewhere in the back of the fishing area, but could only be found at dawn or dusk.
Once you had that you could catch the Hylian Loach (which I am guessing is a bad translation of Roach).

Just waiting for the new Gamecube Zelda (Twighlight Princess) which is out in May.
