i made a huge ass animated gif with like 40 frames, and it's really big and it's really about 7.65mb, i tried a couple reducing things but it destroys my quality, what do all you use?

reducing the dimensions, no 40 frame jobby should be more than 1.5meg even at 500 by 500pix

try reducing it to much much smaller, like 150 px and have a look at things like number of colours (try it with 128 and 64 colours) and dither etc. You need to get it much much smaller to be web-deliverable.

i made it smaller, 2.02mb now, all i'm using is on old digital camera and an unregistered copy of "Agifed 95" to put all the frames together, here's what i have so far
