# GIF reduction
i made a huge ass animated gif with like 40 frames, and it's really big and it's really about 7.65mb, i tried a couple reducing things but it destroys my quality, what do all you use?

# try...
reducing the dimensions, no 40 frame jobby should be more than 1.5meg even at 500 by 500pix

# ahem
try reducing it to much much smaller, like 150 px and have a look at things like number of colours (try it with 128 and 64 colours) and dither etc. You need to get it much much smaller to be web-deliverable.
