# I never knew of a "correct UK order".
For the record:

o Great Britain = England, Wales and Scotland;

o UK (short for "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland") = England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; and

o The British Isles = England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and all the little islands.

Furthermoreover, did you know that the australian term "Pom"/"Pommy"/"Pommy" etc. actaully comes from a shortened version of the word "pomegranate"?

# This is just the way it has been drummed into me since a wee nipper!...
..England Ireland, Scotland, Wales...I'm almost certain there was some kind of rhyme to go with that -

England Ireland, Scotland, Wales - Too much inbreeding results in Tails!...Orrrr - something along those lines anyhow!...
