Sometimes your anims appear slightly 'stuttery', but for some odd reason if I right-click and open the properties window of the file (and close it again) it instantly runs smoother. How odd.

yes - unfortunately I use IE at work... i've not noticed it happenening at home when i'm running FireFox.At first I thought it was our naff graphics card not being able to cope.
