# I got moaned at by my doctor the other day because of my sugar level
and he insisted I started on medication (I've always resisted and promised to be good) and blimey I feel so much better.

On the other hand, I immediately dropped around 2 stone when I started my new healthy diet and medication. I was always skinny as fuck, and quite fit (I thought). Musta been all those drugs and boozin' I did when I was a rock star.

But after 24 hours on Metformin I had to decrease my thyroid medicine as I had so much energy I was bouncing all over the place. It's FAB.

I've never actually felt any different as a result of taking the meds - I can just see my levels being lower. The other one's a statin - cholesterol buster. You wouldn't have come across it unless that was a problem for you.
