nah. GIF optimisation is sometimes wierd like that. But I'm a-firing up imageready just to play at optimising that.

try using a gradient brush on the inside of the shadow, should give a more realistic look. Also, minor thing, in one frame the whole picture moves.

Otherwise looks very good. What is it going to end up as?
