Yay for super hot chilli sauce !I've just opened the first jar of pickled chillies from last years crop.
Some of them are quite mild - much like you get from the kebab shop - Others though are bloody eyewatering - and there's no way of telling what you're going to get.

that sounds great like russian roulette for chillies. It remins me of Chicken Tikka Bastard
Cook a mild/medium curry with skewered chicken (so it has holes in it) and hide a fresh raw Bird Eye chilli (or a slice of Scotch Bonnet) inside 2 of the pieces of chicken.
Wait until one of your guests gets the chilli and then tell everybody that there was only one and it was random! Once the nxt person gets it they will all be wondering!
