I've just opened the first jar of pickled chillies from last years crop.
Some of them are quite mild - much like you get from the kebab shop - Others though are bloody eyewatering - and there's no way of telling what you're going to get.

Cook a mild/medium curry with skewered chicken (so it has holes in it) and hide a fresh raw Bird Eye chilli (or a slice of Scotch Bonnet) inside 2 of the pieces of chicken.
Wait until one of your guests gets the chilli and then tell everybody that there was only one and it was random! Once the nxt person gets it they will all be wondering!

Organic Welsh Lamb on Rosemary skewers
Homemade Garlic and Mint Mayonaisse
lots of homegrown Salady things
Served in homemade Flatbread
accompanied with my home grown pickled chillies (Damned fine they are too !)

All washed down with a variety of cold bottles of lovely beer (Spitfire, Black Sheep, Hobgoblin, Tanglefoot etc.)

Outside in the sunshine.

A couple of my chums have come round bringing Venisonburgers, Wild Boarburgers, and Steaks

Once we've scoffed ourselves silly we'll be off to the pub,
where we'll sit outside in the sunshine with more cold beers,
watching the pretty girls go by.

Today my lunch is being made by the handicapped kids from down the corridor, it's their cooking day and I told their teacher to make them make me a Doc G special which is pilchards and cheese, mashed up with worstershire sauce and paprika then grilled on toast. I have back up cheese and ham and mustard sandwiches just incase. I'll also be having 2 tlitres of water and some tea and probably some cheese and onion McCoys.
