I had some rather interesting fish fillet with a grilled tomato, runner beans and spicy carrots, with a pretzel, a side salad and a bounty to round off

all washed down with spezi and coffee

I am interested in the spicy carrots. How do you make those?

# they are baby
carrots, boiled, tossed in butter with chilli to taste and then served with a dash of extra tabassco
