might i suggest that you reduce the image dimensions on that? looks like you've done a fair bit of optimisation on it already, but a max side length of around 200px would do just as well for the image that it is and bring its size down considerably

It was 1200x16000 to start with, It shouldn't be over 200k (I always try and make sure they are smaller than that) Anyway give it a couple of minutes. As my ISP takes a little while to change files.

people say you should keep things below 200k, but that limit is really for the occasional picture where you really can't get the idea across in less. normally we just try to keep everything as small as possible, i.e. somewhere around 30k or less for a jpg, 80k or less for an animation seems the norm, and not too harsh on dialuppers.
