Keeping it simple today.
Ring Stingingly Hot Chilli, made with four types of fresh chilli, two dried and six different chilli sauces
With Chips
Trying out a new beer today.
Innis and Gunn Oak Aged Beer.
It's a Scottish beer, brewed in Edinburgh and aged for 77 days - the first 30 in oak barrels.
With an ABV of 6.6% it's fairly potent too !
Then I'm going to take my burning anus to the pub.

Innis and Gunn is such a fine, fine beer
it's like drinking caramel.

It is rather fine.
It's not often I find a beer or brewer that I'd not previously heard of.
I'm getting a hint of vanilla !

mm yes, vanilla-ish
I think it's delicious. I introduced a friend to it, but he said it tasted like vomit. No pleasing some people.
