The director thoughwas responsible for Armageddon and Pearl Harbour. Two of the worst films I've ever had the misfortune to see.

Armageddon is unbelievably badI reckon half the budget went on giant illuminated countdowns.
Awful, and I shall never watch Pearl Harbour.
I did see The Island the other day though, that was pretty good, all the way up to the end which was utter ridiculous and spoilt it.
