if you dont mind using divx you could get it to 2.5 - 3 meg with virtually no loss of quality
even a pal mpeg would only be ~7 meg - avoid cinepak like the plague

OK- premiere 6 - what would you recommend for compression settings?
I've been asking for fucking ever but no-one ever answers.
Oh- by the way- i'm reluctant to use dvix - usability blah de blah.
